If I could give 10 stars, I would! At a time when so few companies prioritize customer service, this company has renewed my faith that there are still companies that will go above and beyond to really listen to their clients and do what they can to help not only fulfill their needs, but also to ensure that they are making the absolute best decision for their business. Every step of the way through my order process, I had support. My sales rep, Alexander Romano, is a bonafide rock star! Even after I initially rejected their quote, he wouldn’t give up on me. He went to his team to see what else they could do for me. I was personally contacted not only by the EVP of Sales, but the CEO of the company. They wanted me to know what I would actually be getting, what my options were, and why their product was so much different. They offered to send me free samples so I could see the quality that I would be investing in. They not only sold me on a completely different chair than I initially wanted, but they talked me into an additional chair that was slated for a future purchase. They were able to get the quote into an acceptable range for me. Not only that, the shipping turnaround time was 4 days! That’s almost unheard of in this industry. I feel like my business mattered to this company at a time when most purchases are made without even talking to a person. My order wasn’t a huge order, but it was huge for my company. They really took the time to make sure I was taken care of every single step of the way. Not only did they retain my business, but they have a customer for life. Thank you, Andrew. You are excellent at what you do. I appreciate you and I’m so glad you’re my new rep! And to the two Richards, you guys are Class A in my eyes! I cannot thank you enough. To those who suffered through this enormously long read, you know what you need to do. Trust these guys! They do care! They are there to help you. Don’t be afraid to ask and most assuredly, don’t be afraid to listen. You won’t go wrong and you will be pleasantly surprised!
