The construction quality of the chairs I purchased was much higher than my old chairs and they were less money - crazy in this post COVID economy! Tables were higher quality too! 5 Star customer service. We had a bit of deadline we were dealing with on a product we couldn't find in the middle of a supply chain meltdown. Karl did everything possible to help us meet our needs. As a developer, given the number of purchases we make, there is nothing worse than poor communications. I wish all of our suppliers communicated as Karl did. Prompt responses, great follow through & the first place I will look to on our next projects.
