Most modular stages lock from below with clamps and pins fastened on the legs. Functional, sure. But anyone who has spent a Saturday afternoon crouched under a 24'×16' platform with a flashlight knows the truth: under-leg systems are slow to assemble, slower to break down, and they leave you praying that nobody notices the seams on top. Worse, you often end up with those elevated “ridge lines” where panels never quite draw flush leaving unsightly bumps that catch heels and remind every guest the platform is, in fact, a platform.

Chivari’s proprietary locking mechanism works from the deck itself, drawing every panel in tight and flat. The result is a true single-plane like surface, streamlined to perfection, whether you’re setting a head-table reception or a six-piece band.
