Chivari 2026 Sweepstakes Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility. The CHIVARI $1,000 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of CHIVARI (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, and suppliers, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by CHIVARI, located at 9000 NW 15th Street, Suite 8, Doral, FL 33172.

3. Agreement to Official Rules. By participating, the entrant ("You") agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content and administration of this Sweepstakes.

4. Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes entry period begins on May 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). All online entries must be received by December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

5. How to Enter. The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting the online entry form provided at Chivari.com/win. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

  • Limit of one (1) entry per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period.
  • You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
  • If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6. Prize One. (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $1,000.00 USD. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on or about January 15, 2027. The Winner will be notified by email to the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) days following selection of the Winner.

The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) business days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

8. General Conditions. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

9. Limitation of Liability. By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

10. Disputes. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction.

11. Email Communications. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive promotional emails, newsletters, and other communications from CHIVARI. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link provided in any of the emails. Opting out of promotional communications will not decrease your chances of winning the Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy Policy. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the CHIVARI website.
