Round Banquet Tables

Round Guest Tables are the most popular option within the event industry; commonly used for formal events like wedding receptions, upscale dinner parties, fundraisers, and anniversaries. Round tables allow a larger number of guests to be seated together while encouraging conversation. With the guests seated across from each other, they are more likely to engage more comfortably.

Our round tables come in a variety of sizes, and are available in 30-inch, 36-inch, 48-inch, 60-inch, 66-inch and 72-inch sizes. The most popular round guest table is 60” (5 ft.). A 60” Round Table can comfortably seat 8 guests. Many rental companies state that a 60-inch Round Table can accommodate 8-10 guests. Although this is true, 10 chairs would be rather intimate. A 48-inch Round Table can comfortably seat 4-6 guests, and the larger 72-inch Round Table can comfortably seat up to 10 -12. Using both rectangular and round tables together creates a contrasting and interesting dimension to any event.

Square Banquet Tables

The classic square table is easy to store and available in popular sizes. The 4 ft., 5 ft. and 6 ft. square tables can be used for seating, and can be used for other purposes (refreshment tables, gift tables, etc.). A 4 ft. square banquet table can comfortably seat 4-6 guests, while the 5 ft table sits 8, and the 6 ft. square banquet table can comfortably sit 10.

The long and slim shape of banquet tables can allow more guests to be seated than round tables.
