Crafted with commercial-grade ¾” thick plywood, the tabletop includes 11 layers of premium wood and two layers of high-quality veneer on both the top and bottom surfaces. Finished with six coats of polyurethane, it offers superior resistance to wear, moisture, and stains. The surface also accommodates standard table skirt clips for versatile use.

Our Aluminum Tough Edge Tables are made from 11 Okoume layers, 2 veneer layers plus four applied layers of polyurethane to the top surface, and two coats to the bottom! That’s 19 layers of protection! And by the way, Okoume plywood is made from sustainably grown and renewable lumber). Edges are pressure wrapped with our own high tensile strength Aluminum edge banding, applied with tons of pressure -- for a lifetime of beauty and consistent performance.

Our tables are stronger because every joint is extra strong . Others use a single screw to attach the table top to the framing, but our table tops are bolted to their frames, with a lock nut and washer - - and glue! And not just any bolts, we use cold-formed steel alloy
bolts to improve the physical strength and longevity of our tables.
