This table includes features that make it virtually indestructible -- with 100% bolt-through construction (not screws) for leg and runner attachment. The table capacity is 1000 lbs. static load.
This table is 100% professional, with Commercial grade, ¾” (.75”) thick plywood (fits standard table skirt clips) with 11 layers of premium wood, 2 layers of superior grade veneer on top and bottom, and 6 Coats of Polyurethane.
Buying replacement tables in a couple of years is not the answer. Buy our rugged rectangle plywood banquet table and watch it perform well beyond your expectations!
Okoume plywood (also called Gaboon, Combogala, or Okoume Mahogany) comes with a high strength-to-weight ratio, and meets strict standards for strength, durability, and resistance to decay and delamination. That’s why it’s the only Plywood we use in our banquet tables.

Our Aluminum Tough Edge Tables are made from 11 Okoume layers, 2 veneer layers plus four applied layers of polyurethane to the top surface, and two coats to the bottom! That’s 19 layers of protection! And by the way, Okoume plywood is made from sustainably grown and renewable lumber). Edges are pressure wrapped with our own high tensile strength Aluminum edge banding, applied with tons of pressure -- for a lifetime of beauty and consistent performance.

Okoume plywood is naturally resistant to moisture and insects, making it a great choice for outdoor projects, and for use in damp environments, When it comes to different types of plywood, Okoume is considered the lightest and strongest, especially since it comes from one of the most beautiful evergreen trees.
Okoume plywood is commonly used for building racing boats and other uses where lightweight wood is needed. It can also be used for building furniture or on kitchen cabinets because of its lustrous appearance. Okoume has a uniform texture and the grain is straight to barely wavy that looks interlocked and attractive.

- We use sustainably sourced farmed wood in all our wood products.
- We do not use old growth trees, we do not deforest.
- We plant new trees in countries devastated by deforestation.

- Our tables are stronger because every joint is extra strong . Others use a single screw to attach the table top to the framing, but our table tops are bolted to their frames, with a lock nut and washer - - and glue! And not just any bolts, we use cold-formed steel alloy
bolts to improve the physical strength and longevity of our tables.

At the core: a rock-solid 3/4" commercial-grade plywood top, sealed in four coats of polyurethane on the surface and two underneath. Spill something? No problem. Warp over time? Not with this table. Wrapped in a lightweight, high-strength aluminum “E” channel edge, the table is built to be dropped on its side again and again without chipping or splintering.
Standard plywood tables offer no support through the center of the table. Our 6’ Steel Skeleton tables feature a center support cross beam. for unmatched support, strength and comfort. What’s more, our 8-foot Steel Skeleton tables feature a DOUBLE center support brace. Each leg is forged from 16-gauge steel tubing that is 1.2mm thick. That's 20% thicker than the 1mm steel tubing used on competitive standard tables.
Our tables are also powder-coated for long-term rust resistance, and secured with cold-formed bolts (not screws), delivering over 8 million pounds per square foot of tensile strength. We use robotic welding for consistency, with every joint inspected and certified by a master welder.
Comparing the folded thickness of traditional plywood table design vs. our new Steel Skeleton tables!
At 3.25 inches thick, ten regular plywood tables require 32.5 inches of storage space. However our Steel Skeleton tables are not only stronger -- but they’re thinner as well! At just 2.25 inches thick, 10 tables require just 22.5 inches of storage space. That’s 31% less space!
We’ve invented the world’s strongest table corners! Molded to match the wood-like look and feel of the Steel Skeleton plywood table. New! Our CornerMax corners are now larger (left), designed to disperse impact from the corner across a larger area (and the corner is further reinforced with three bolts instead of just two.
Our E-Channel Metal Edge wraps around the table just like a C-Channel -- it differs in that it features an extra, hidden area of strength, the center ridge that digs into the plywood. This additional connection provides you with a strong, secure edge.
Other tables with fewer layers cannot match the strength and stability of our 11 wood layers! With a smooth finish, complemented by 2 layers of wood veneer and six coats of high-quality polyurethane.
