Our Round Tables come in a variety of sizes, and are available in 30-inch, 36-inch, 48-inch, 60-inch, 66-inch and 72-inch sizes. The most popular round guest table is 60” (5 ft.). A 60” Round Table can comfortably seat 8 guests. Many rental companies state that a 60-inch Round Table can accommodate 8-10 guests. Although this is true, 10 chairs would be rather intimate. A 48-inch Round Table can comfortably seat 4-6 guests, and the larger 72-inch Round Table can comfortably seat up to 10 -12.
Round Tables
Round Guest Tables are the most popular option within the event industry; commonly used for formal events like wedding receptions, upscale dinner parties, fundraisers, and anniversaries. Round tables allow a larger number of guests to be seated together while encouraging conversation. With the guests seated across from each other, they are more likely to engage more comfortably.
Using both rectangular and round tables together creates a contrasting and interesting dimension to any event.
Rectangle Tables
In contrast to Round Tables for formal events, Rectangle Banquet Tables rentals are typically ideal for more casual occasions. Rectangular in shape, they can be set up individually or connected side-by-side in long rows. This table style is a great option for school events, family reunions, graduation parties, outdoor BBQs and picnics, or large banquets. The long and slim shape of banquet tables can allow more guests to be seated than round tables.
Cocktail Tables
As the name suggests, our Cocktail Tables are similar to what you would see at a bar, lounge, or pub. This style table can be used with bar stools or standing for your guests to be seated while enjoying casual cocktails or appetizers. While most cocktail tables are round, we also offer square cocktail tables. The most common sizes are 30″ cocktail tables which can comfortably accommodate four people. The larger 36″ round cocktail tables can accommodate up to 5 adults.
Square Tables
The classic square table is easy to store and available in popular sizes.
The 4 ft., 5 ft. and 6 ft. square tables can be used for seating, and can be used for other purposes (refreshment tables, gift tables, etc.). A 4 ft. square banquet table can comfortably seat 4-6 guests, while the 5 ft table sits 8, and the 6 ft. square banquet table can comfortably sit 10.
