World War II Era Practicality

As the name implies, the 1942 Style Wooden Folding Chair was designed during World War II.  At the time, it was all about functionality, practicality, and durability.  The materials used were mostly wood.  Most of the metal was diverted to the manufacture of guns, tanks, and aircraft.  Next, the needs of the time required a sturdy chair that could fold away easily.  Oh, and it couldn’t take up a whole lot of space.  As you can see below, the 1942 Style Wooden Folding Chair came through on all accounts.  It took up minimal space when folded at just 1.5″ thick.  The chair takes up just 16” of width providing plenty of comfort without any excess.  It’s no surprise, this chair became a popular choice for schools, churches, and thousands of event venues.

Folding Chair Carts

Don’t forget to make your life easier (and safer) with a Folding Chair Cart.  This small investment pays off big saving you time and protecting your chairs.

Wishbone Chairs

Available in four colors

The classic Wishbone design, originally born from fluid forms influenced by China’s Ming dynasty, is reimagined by Chivari using advanced materials and meticulous craftsmanship. The result is a chair that combines the beauty of tradition with modern innovation.

Like the original Wishbone, Chivari’s version is a masterpiece of comfort and style, available in a wide range of colors and finishes.

Do You Have A Strategy FOR Employee Payouts?

If you’re a small business, you should consider paying employee bonuses in December and not in January. For individuals, make sure itemized deductions, such as real estate taxes, are paid in calendar year 2024.

Some business purchases may qualify for tax credits. Research available tax credits in your jurisdiction related to specific purchases, such as energy-efficient equipment, electric vehicles or research and development activities.

Timing Considerations

Making a purchase before the end of the year allows you to take advantage of available tax benefits sooner rather than later. Consideration of the timing of large purchases can help optimize your tax strategy.
