1. THICKER CUSHION 
   • Our new cushion is 2.5 inches thick. The old common cushion in the event industry is only 1.5 inches. Our new cushion line is over 66% thicker. Thickness mean greater comfort for your event guests.
2. BETTER FABRIC
   • Fabric quality is measured in GSMs which means grams per square meter. The old common industry cushion is 170 - 200 GSMs. Our new line of cushions is 340 grams per square meter. That’s an improvement of 62%.
3. DENSER FOAM
   • Better foam density and quality. Low grade cushion foam can degrade and flatten in a short period of time. The old-school cushion foam is 1.6 lbs / square foot. We chose a foam with a density and quality rating of 2.7 lbs which is 69% denser. And it’s fire-retardant.
4. EASY REMOVAL AND CLEANING
   • The biggest challenge to laundering cushions is the difficulty of removing the cover. Our special cover has two high quality zipper pull tabs that slide smoothly. And the zipper length is about 75% of the cushion exterior.
5. WIDER STRAPS
   • Our velcro straps are covered with the same high quality tweed fabric as the cushion cover for a perfect match so the straps complimentcushion’s beauty.
6. THICKER PIPING
   • Piping is the raised accent around the edge of the cushion and is typically only 2mm thick. Our new cushion line has 5mm piping and is available in a large number of colors.
7. STAIN PROTECTION
   • Our cushions are treated with Dupont™ Teflon® Stain Guard, creating an invisible barrier, preventing liquids like coffee and wine from penetrating into the fibers. Cleaning is a breeze.

THICKER – MORE COMFORTABLE
Let’s start with the most important part…the comfort of your guests. Our 2” Standard Chiavari Cushion is already 33% thicker than the competition’s 1.5” cushions. That’s better, but not good enough to be the “World’s Best Cushion.” So we made our new “World’s Best Cushion” 40% thicker for a full 2.5 inches of comfort. And that was just the start. We engineered the new cushion foam for our “World’s Best Cushion” to be 62% denser. Your guests will enjoy a thicker and denser cushion. Plus, the denser cushion is more resilient and provides greater bounce back to original shape once a guest lifts off the cushion. TOUGHER
It might be more comfortable, but can the cushion take the wear and tear of the event rental industry? Can it handle the spilled wine and soda that inevitably ends up on the seat? And how easy are they to wash? The “World’s Best Cushion” isn’t an off-the-shelf product. It was engineered specifically for the Event Industry. That’s why each cushion is Dupont™ Teflon® treated to be waterproof, dustproof, and oil resistant. Heck, we tested our cushions and spilled red cabernet on the cushion. Furthermore, we engineered the tweed fabric to be tougher by increasing its thickness by 44.7% to 340 gsm (grams per square meter). This creates a double benefit of being more durable and more plus.
