1. Shot Blasting or Blast Cleaning removes oil and any rust on the bare steel.
2. Industrial Blower removes dust from the steel surface.
3. Quality check review of the frames before powder-coating.
4. Electrostatic epoxy powdercoating.
5. High temperature curing in oven for maximum bonding.
6. Cooling stage for even application.
7. Quality review after powdercoating has cured.
8. Installation of stacking bumpers and rubberfeet to chair frames.
