WE ARE HIRING – Database List and Campaign Manager
Chivari, LLC, a leading provider of event chairs and furnishings worldwide is looking for a talented individual to help accelerate our growth. We are looking for a Database List & Campaign Manager that will oversee an on-shore and off-shore team to grow our Marketing Database and oversee Email and Postal Campaigns. This includes managing our existing list of customers and prospects, as well as acquiring new customer prospect data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
⦁ At least (3) years of managerial experience
⦁ At least (2) years of experience managing email marketing systems
⦁ Constant Contact, Marketo, MailChimp, Hubspot, etc.
⦁ At least (1) year of experience in customer acquisition
⦁ Proficiency in MS Office applications required with an emphasis on Excel
⦁ Experience with data import/export
⦁ Experience with merge/purge and cleaning up bulk data
⦁ Experience with Customer List Acquisition
⦁ Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
⦁ Excellent oral and written communication skills
⦁ Demonstrates attentiveness to detail and accuracy
⦁ Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
⦁ Ability to prioritize and schedule workload to meet required deadlines and manage a variety of assignments simultaneously
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
The Database List and Campaign Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
⦁ Growing our list of prospects
⦁ Managing a team of on-shore and off-shore list acquisition specialists
⦁ Managing our customer and prospect database
⦁ Merging data from multiple sources to prep for email marketing campaigns and postal campaigns
⦁ Merging, purging, and cleaning data
⦁ Managing our email marketing database
⦁ Managing email marketing campaigns from multiple systems
⦁ Bulk email campaigns
⦁ Targeted email campaigns
⦁ Transactional emails
⦁ Creating email journeys and drip campaigns
⦁ Working with creative department to deploy postal campaigns to customers and prospects
⦁ Creating individualized email and postal campaigns for prominent clients
⦁ Weekly Reporting on List Acquisition and Marketing Activities
⦁ Managing and scoring the quality of each profile acquired
